PRINT DROPS

What is a print drop?

At the start of each month, we release a new collection of prints available for a limited-time. We ask that you subscribe to the mailing list for the latest details and follow on Instagram @mcfriendy and Facebook for updates. 

What are the print prices?

The prices of prints vary depending on the size and framing options:

11.7” x 8.3” (A4)

  • Print Only: $85 USD
  • Print with Frame: $155 USD

23.4” x 16.5” (A2)

  • Print Only: $155 USD
  • Print with Frame: $280 USD

Are the prints archival?

Yes, all Fine Art Prints are archival. We use specialized inks and paper that are designed to resist fading and yellowing over time. Proper storage conditions like keeping prints away from direct sunlight and high humidity are important  to maximize the lifespan of the prints. We also strive to use the best environmentally friendly materials and methods.

What are the print sizes?

Currently, the prints are available in two sizes:

11.7” x 8.3” (A4)

  • Total Dimensions: 11.7” x 8.3” (including border)
  • Image Dimensions: 10.2” x 6.7”
  • Border Width: 0.7” (top & bottom), 0.8” (sides)

23.4” x 16.5” (A2)

  • Total Dimensions: 23.4” x 16.5” (including border)
  • Image Dimensions: 20.5” x 13.4”
  • Border Width: 1.5” (top & bottom), 1.6” (sides)

LIMITED EDITION PRINTS

What is a Fine Art Limited Edition Print?

Fine Art Limited Edition prints are a copy of an original artwork that is produced in a set number. The artist hand signs and numbers each print, which means it can take up to 3 weeks to receive your order. The prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity, including a hologram certified by Alison's print studio, Klein Imaging.

Where can I purchase authentic Alison Friend prints?

You can purchase prints on Alison's website and from authorized galleries listed. We do NOT sell through any social media platforms Facebook, Etsy, Instagram. If you are unsure please email Alison's agent Alina at alinamshriver@gmail.com

Are the prints archival?

How long will it take to ship my order?

Print Drops

For Fine Art Prints, please allow up to 2 weeks for production and shipping. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with shipping details to track your order.

Limited Edition Prints

For Limited Edition hand-signed prints, it depends on Alison's signature process, which may take a bit longer. While we aim to prepare and sign many editions ahead of their release, we can't always predict which prints will be most popular. As a result, some prints are made to order after your purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details. In the event you don’t receive an email, please contact the Support Team at alisonfriendartist@gmail.com

How are the prints packaged for shipping?

  • For the UK, EU, and rest of the world (ROW), items up to 16.5” on the long edge are sent flat in an envelope, while anything larger is shipped rolled in a tube.

  • For the US, anything larger than 12"x16" will be sent in a tube. This helps ensure that your orders are shipped in the most appropriate and safe manner based on their size and destination.

What if my order is damaged in transit?

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We ask that you email photos of your damaged print to the Support Team at alisonfriendartist@gmail.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the matter.

What shipping options do you offer?

Shipping carrier depends on region and order type, we primarily use the following:

Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, USPS and Warenpost. The cost of shipping will vary according to your country of residence.

Who is responsible for payment of duties and taxes?

The payment of duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. Please note that you will be subject to your country’s policy on imported goods.

If your country requires specific details to import goods (such as an ID number or tax ID), it would be helpful if you could make a note on your order so that we can include this with the shipping documentation, which will help to speed up your delivery.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!

GENERAL

What is your return policy?

All Fine Art Prints are custom made to order, so we are unable to offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.

Do you accept commissioned work?

At the moment, Alison is unable to accept any commissioned work. However, she loves seeing your posts on Instagram and Facebook, so feel free to tag her @mcfriendy if you think some of her characters resemble your furry friends!

When Alison is able to take on commissions again, we will share the details through the mailing list. Be sure to subscribe to stay tuned!

This is a gift! Do you include the price within the order?

We do not include a price nor an invoice within any of our shipments.

I've seen your artwork on other products, are these authentic and authorized?

If you come across t-shirts, sweatshirts or any other products featuring Alison's artwork, please assume they are NOT authentic and are infringing on her copyright.

We kindly ask that you avoid supporting individuals or businesses that engage in dishonest practices and steal from artists. If you have time, please report these infringements to Alina at alinamshriver@gmail.com - she acts quickly to have these unauthorized copies removed! We take copyright infringement very seriously and appreciate your help in protecting Alison's work.
